Common questions
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
How do I delete my data?
The apps store everything on your device and send nothing to us, so deleting the app removes all of its data. There's nothing stored on our end to erase.
What iOS version do I need?
It varies by app, and the requirement is listed on each app's App Store page. Defyusion needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer because it runs its AI models on-device.
Can you add a feature or fix a bug?
Please send it over. I keep a running list and genuinely read the requests; a lot of updates start as an email from someone who uses the app.
