Terms of Service
These terms cover the iOS apps published by United Statistics LLC. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them.

1. The license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. Unless an app presents its own separate agreement, our apps are licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, the stricter protection for you applies.
2. In-app purchases
Some apps, such as TapKingdom, offer optional in-app purchases. These are sold and processed by Apple, and they're governed by your agreement with Apple. We don't receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Acceptable use
Please use the apps as intended. Don't try to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt them, and don't use them to break the law. In apps with creative or interactive features, you're responsible for the content you create.
4. AI-generated content
Some apps generate content using AI. In Influencer, every other "person" is a fictional AI character, not a real user, and the posts, profiles, and messages they produce are fiction. In Defyusion and our other generative apps, the images and output are created on your device. AI output can be unexpected or imperfect, and you're responsible for how you use anything you generate.
5. Your content stays yours
Anything you create in an app stays on your device. We don't collect it, claim ownership of it, or have access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they'll fit every purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, United Statistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the apps change. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of an app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
